Black Market Associates LLC was established in 2021 in St. Louis, MO by the creative mind of one of State 2 State Hip Hop's Co-Owners Tank Franklin with the goal of creating a clothing brand for anyone and everyone. We at BMA pride ourselves on our ability to connect different people, wether you're a blerd or in the streets. There is nothing that makes us happier than seeing our customers leave our store with their new favorite item and our customer service is unparalleled. Shipping Policy
How It Works
All orders are processed within 3Â to 5Â business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item We wil immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item Shipping costs
are non-refundable If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
